Thinking of putting your property up for Auction? We conduct a wide range of Property Auctions in all locations from houses to farms and land. We also auction Livestock including Equine and are currently Auctioneers with Gort Co-Operative Livestock Mart Limited in County Galway, Ireland.

Lettings

We understand that it is imperative for every landlord to secure a reliable, trustworthy and financially secure tenant. We have extensive experience in residential lettings and management and we will take over the entire process on your behalf and offer you the best possible advice.

What we will do for you:
  • Advise you of the rental value of the property and the best way to market/advertise in order to secure a suitable tenant.
  • Request, check and verify all tenant references.
  • Agree an inventory of the contents of the property with the tenant, if required
  • Witness the tenants signature on the letting agreement and arrange for the handover of keys.
  • Read [gas/electricity/water/utility] meters and transfer those utilities into the tenant's name.
  • Notify the tenant of waste disposal arrangements.
  • Notify the tenant of the arrangements for services such as broadband, telephone, television.
  • Notify the tenant of contact details for repairs and maintenance.
  • Notify the tenant of arrangements for rent payment and ensure that the standing order is set up.
  • Accept the first months rent in advance and the security deposit.
  • Register the tenancy with the Private Residential Tenancies Board on behalf of the Client
