Requirements
- ✓ A signed Property Services Agreement.
- ✓ Proof of address of the owner and photographic I.D. of all owners.
- ✓ Marketing allowance to be paid as per agreement.
- ✓ Key and alarm code to the property.
Legal Requirements
- ✓ Instruct a solicitor to handle the sale on your behalf to prepare a draft contract for sale.
- ✓ Obtain a BER Certificate.
