Colm who lives locally founded Farrell Auctioneers when he took out his auctioneering license in May ‘01 and opened for business from his home in Ballylee as Colm Farrell Auctioneer. With over 20 year’s experience Colm is excellently positioned to offer clients his experience in all aspects of the property market. Colm has acted for many developers, private individuals, semi state bodies over the years and has a proven track record as a force to be reckoned with within the industry. From an initial valuation meeting to the completion of a transaction, Colm ensures that his clients are informed regularly throughout the progress and ensure he achieves the best possible results for his clients. He holds a TEGoVA certification as a Recognised European Valuer (REV) and can complete property valuations to European Valuation Standards. Colm is a highly respected valuer and has been carrying out valuations for all major lenders and banks. Colm has been involved through his unique skill as a vocal auctioneer for raising funds for many charities including: Crumlin Hospital, Seamount School, Kinvarra, Ability West, Galway, Cancer Care West, Parkinsons, Cystic Fibrosis, Autism, Multiple Sclerosis, The Civil Defence, Feilecan, Ray of Sunshine Foundation and GAA Clubs. Alison who is originally from Gort and living locally with her husband and two children has been in the industry for almost 20 years. Alison began working with Farrell Auctioneers, Values & Estate Agents Ltd in 2006, having previously worked for a building developer. She is extremely knowledge in all aspects of property and client care is one of her best qualities with her warm and friendly manner putting all clients at ease. Alison will patiently talk through all matters involved in both selling /purchasing properties and put the client at ease about the process which can be sometimes daunting especially if it is the first time to purchase/sale. Alison is professional, extremely motivated and continually strives to create the best possible customer experience. She is extremely committed to her role and works relentlessly to ensure the business runs efficiently.
Marie joined the company in 2019 and is currently in her final year of National Auctioneering and Property Services Apprentice and will be qualified in May 2022. Marie can be seen to be a hardworking individual who strives to accomplish excellent standards in all work undertaken. Marie is enthusiastic about performing to high standards and prides herself on giving a professional, and very importantly, a personal service at all time to all of her clients.
